Barry Dunford will share his experiences treasure hunting- with artifacts!

Thank you Barry for sharing your humorous and hair raising stories. Who knew that a young diver at age 13 with homemade gear and a touch of gold fever would find such treasures and continue to share his adventures and love for diving for over 60 years. The information you provided on the science of treasure hunting and artifact recovery was truly exciting and educational. Thank you for sharing some of your recovered treasures like cannon balls, clay shots, ship nails and bolts along with various bottles with The Oregon Scuba Club.  We appreciate the tips provided on how we can search for local treasures too. Barry's best advice was to continue to appreciate the treasures in front of us, our family and friends as we enjoy our dive experiences.
